Our aim is to make your visit to Ladybank Golf Club a memorable one and one that you will want to repeat.

While you should be able to find out all the information you need about playing and visiting us on this website, our knowledgeable staff will be delighted to assist you in making your trip as enjoyable as possible. Most of them are enthusiastic golfers and are local to the area, therefore we have a good of knowledge about accommodation, other surrounding courses and the many other visitor attractions that North East Fife has to offer.

Visitor Times

Monday to Friday - 9.30am onwards

Saturday - 11.30am - 12noon and after 2.30pm

Sunday - 9.30am onwards

Advance Bookings

Although the Professional will endeavour to accommodate casual visitors it is recommended that you make advance bookings by contacting the office on 01337 830814 option 1 or by booking online.

Hire Items / Caddies

Trolleys may be hired from the Professional. It is recommended that you pre-book hire clubs and buggies. Caddies must be booked in advance via the Professional on 01337 830814, option 2.

Play on the course

As a guide, a 3 ball game should take a ‘maximum’ of 3 1/2 hours to complete. Players are expected to watch the pattern of play, both in front of and behind their own game, and must give way if they are holding up the match following their own.

Dress Code - Golf Course

Standard Golf attire is expected on the Golf Course.

No denim jeans, football/rugby tops/shorts, collarless tee shirts, track suits or trainers.

Dress Code - Clubhouse

Smart jeans with no rips or tears are allowed in the Clubhouse. No football/rugby tops/shorts, collarless teeshirts, track suits.

Mobile phones should be on silent in the Clubhouse and on the Golf Course.

Meals

It is recommended to pre-book meals in advance, either through the Office or direct with the Caterer.

Bookings Terms & Conditions

Telphone / Email Bookings

To confirm your booking, you are required to pay a £25 per head deposit within 3 weeks of the date of booking. All deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

The balance of any payments should be made in the Pro Shop on the day of play, or if you prefer in advance with the administration office.

If numbers do drop the deposits already paid can be transferred towards the balance due, providing they are reported at least 7 days in advance. If numbers drop within 7 days, deposits will be forfeited.

Online Bookings

Any online bookings taken in full will be subject to a £25 cancellation fee outside 7 days of the booking. If cancelled inside 7 days, no refund will be given, however an alternative date of play within 24 months of the booking date will be offered.

If you are unable to make your booking, please get in touch and we will do our best to reschedule your visit at a time to suit you within 24 months of the date of play.

If you are unable to play due to our course being closed, then we will host you at another time to suit or offer a full refund.

Course Closed

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), you may reshedule your booking or request a refund of your payment.
